--- < Russian emigration to Armenia and other states is not a "Russian Diaspora". It's Russian citizens fleeing military service not because they are against Putin's SMO war against Ukraine. but because the lifespan of a Russian soldier entering Ukraine is said to be only 20 - 30 minutes.
Europe ought to establish trade relations with Armenia through high-level negotiations, with accreditation granted to reporters.
Unless they allow write in candidates this makes no sense. Since every politician on the ballot is approved by and supports the United Russia Party all this does is benefit Putin. Now I understand why the Pro- Putin propagandists were making such a fuss about letting people vote in other countries. Now when Putin and his cohorts win they can say "See even Russians abroad now realize that Russia is better." By pointing to all the expats that voted and twisting their participation in the sham elections into support for Putin even from Russians abroad.
