Russia's growing aggression and hybrid attacks on Europe are prompting countries across the continent to prepare for potential escalation. Finland’s President Alexander Stubb has warned the public to “prepare mentally” for the possibility of Russian drone incursions and increased hybrid operations.

- ZELENSKYY LAUNCHES NEW REGIONAL SUMMIT FORMAT
As attacks on Western Ukraine and hybrid attacks on neighboring NATO countries continue, the leaders of the region, including Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, and his Romanian counterpart Nicușor Dan, are meeting in Ukraine, with a new format announced by President Zelenskyy.

- NO BREAKTHROUGH ON EU RUSSIA SANCTIONS
The deadlock over the extension of the EU’s Russia sanctions is set to continue. A meeting of European ambassadors in Brussels has failed to bring a breakthrough in discussion on the trajectory and shape of the sanctions, following disagreement over restrictive measures against individual Russian oligarchs.
