A speech in trois langues, Francaise, l'allemand et Englaise. Was für eine Führungspersönlichkeit! I really like the guy in any language.
The way he carried the tree metaphor across English, French and German, weaving in not just language but cultural symbology, is a rare thing in a speech from the anglosphere. That being criticised by the comments here, says more about the commentators than the speech.
