People should look up how many Americans are either stationed or living overseas, it numbers well over a quarter of a million. These people cannot return home to vote. Their only option to vote is mail-in. This is their say in their country. Many would get desertion or dereliction of duty charges if they did return. Take that right to vote away, then do not be surprised if less and less people join the military and correspondent positions and perhaps many might even resign.
