Hlengiwe Buthelezi to appear alongside co-accused Victor Majola on 18 September

Hlengiwe Buthelezi, the third suspect arrested in relation to the murder of Warrick 'DJ Warras' Stock will not be applying for bail.

Buthelezi made a brief appearance in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court, after police arrested her in Msinga in KwaZulu-Natal on Wednesday.

She will now join her co-accused Victor Majola in court on 18 September.

Warras was gunned down in the Johannesburg CBD last year.

His killer Armando Pacula is already serving a 25-year sentence for the killing after pleading guilty, as SABC News senior reporter Chriselda Lewis reports.
