This ground of Maharaja Sayajirao University, the presence of people from different fields, and this celebration of development have all come together here today. I have to give further momentum to the journey towards a developed India. A short while ago, foundation stones were laid and development projects worth thousands of crores of rupees were inaugurated and dedicated to the nation. As part of this celebration of development, I sincerely congratulate and appreciate every citizen of Vadodara for the spirit of service with which they conducted a city-wide cleanliness and welcome campaign: PM
