This has always been about resources (oil or no oil). If it it was not, then the UK would have dropped the rights to those ages ago to settle the matter.
There isn’t a problem. The Falklanders want to be British. Also this time there is a defence on the island.

Wait a minute I thought British was giving away all their overseas territories or is that just the ones that the US has military bases. They make backroom deals with try not to give up sovereignty to third parties. Those chickens have come home to roost in other parts of the world. <br><br>Time to give up sovereignty to your colonies.
