It has nothing to do with reasonable doubt. It has to do with the fact that the ENTIRE system LET her down when she reached out for help and they IGNORED her. <br><br>I will not condemn anyone to death or a life sentence when SOCIETY its seif is partly to blame.

The Jury is 9 women 3 men. It must be infuriating that there's someone(s) on that Jury who can't convict this monster. <br><br>Whoever is trying to throw a mistrial or cast a not guilty verdict is about to undo 100+ years of women rights. They call it not guilty due to hormonal insanity, it set a precedent. It would mean all women everywhere can not be trusted in highly stressful situations or too much responsibilities. <br><br>Women won't be able to drive a car, vote, hold a job of any kind, can't run for office, can't enter a contract - that means no land/home ownership, buying a car, renting a place, or even getting a credit card. You ladies will need a man, who is sensible, for that. <br><br>Women supporting this monster are clueless and stupid. Way to piss your right away.

You are not required to follow the judges instructions when in the jury room. When in the jury room the jury is the law. Jury nullification or conviction are the options, no majority vote needed.

We don't know where they sit exactly. Hopefully most are on the side of guilty. Which charge doesn't matter as long as it's not NGRI. I'll accept manslaughter if needed that's still many years behind bars.
