MPs raise concerns over viability of youth projects

Members of Parliament have raised concerns over the return on investment of youth empowerment centers. Youth Principal Secretary Fikirini Jacobs, while appearing before the National Assembly Public Accounts Committee, attributed the non-operationalization of the youth empowerment centers to understaffing and budgetary constraints.
