The chairperson of the Truth Reconciliation Commission Cases Inquiry Justice Sisi Khampepe will continue to chair the entity.
This after the Constitutional Court dismissed a bid by the two former presidents Thabo Mbeki and Jacob Zuma, to have her recused.
Mbeki and Zuma wanted Khampepe removed because of the previous roles she had at the TRC Amnesty Committee and as Deputy National Director of Public Prosecutions.
The apex court's decision means the former presidents will be invited to appear before the TRC Cases Inquiry as witnesses, to shed light on events during their terms in office.
