Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin is calling on government to urgently address reported losses of $1.7 billion linked to the Domestic Gold Purchase Programme.

He warns that failure to account for and resolve the losses could threaten the stability currently being recorded in Ghana’s foreign exchange market.
