89 needy students in Kakamega receive education scholarships

Eighty-nine bright but financially disadvantaged students from Kakamega County are set to benefit from scholarships worth 54 million shillings as they resume studies in the third term. The scholarship programme, implemented by Kakamega County Government in partnership with a private organisation, will cater for tuition and upkeep for the beneficiaries pursuing various courses in institutions of higher learning
