The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mmamoloko Kubayi, says a stronger partnership between government and faith-based organisations is needed to address some of the challenges crippling society, including the recent migration crisis that has rocked the country.
Kubayi was speaking at the St Paul African Apostolic Church's Annual Feast in Moletsane, Soweto, Johannesburg.
The annual gathering attracts worshippers from across South Africa and neighbouring countries for a day of prayer, thanksgiving and fellowship.
