Justice and Constitutional Development Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi says while there may be individuals who are not conducting themselves in a professional and impartial manner at Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC), the institution should not be blamed for their failures.
She was responding to a question on admissions made by the IDAC Head Adv Andrea Johnson at the Madlanga Commission in relation to how prosecution of individuals was handled.
Johnson is expected to return commission on Monday.
SABC's Specialist Correspondent Sophie Mokoena spoke to Kubayi at the Kgalema Motlanthe Fundation's Winter Seminar in Sandton, Johannesburg on Thursday.
