Western and Indian cultures share some historical linguistic connections through the broader Indo-European language family, which may contribute to certain cultural similarities. However, my personal experience in the workplace has been concerning. I have witnessed situations in which Indian colleagues appeared unwilling to accept or cooperate with Chinese coworkers. I have also observed what seemed to be pressure from more powerful actors encouraging certain employees to undermine their Chinese colleagues. I have noticed similar difficulties involving some African colleagues in their interactions with Chinese coworkers. I believe these workplace dynamics deserve more open and objective discussion.
Anti Indian? More like Indian fatigue. <br>The Indian community should ask themselves why are they so insistent making everything look and smell like India. Wouldn't it make more sense for them to move back home? If they wanted hiring practices, work enviroment, education and rental to be like India.

Why would anyone in the US hate Indians? Their food is awesome, they run most of the liquor stores and gas stations in my town, and they're super friendly. Last time I checked, everyone likes booze, gas, good food, and nice people.
