Skinner didn't have a chance. Our defense lines were so uncoordinated it was no wonder it wasn't a higher score. Nope. Not Skins fault on this one.
The curse of Hellebuyck begins
not saying the goals were Skinners fault, but this really highlighted how poor his lateral movement is, he literally cant move from one side of the net to the other without falling over head first. He does this all the time, literally scrambling on his hands and knees after falling head first, trying to find the puck if by chance it doesnt go in. They all went in tonight though lol
The new role for the Jets is making other teams look good. The Jets will fail until they get two more lines going. Don’t blame Skinner. The Jets look like a team that know what they should do, but just can’t because the other teams have more talent. Good luck Winnipeg! Figure it out! Go Jets Go!
7 loses in a row, can't figure out why anyone would want to leave.
That's sad. Skinner was trying, but clearly having a bad game and should have been mercy pulled after the 4th.

The Oilers fan in me remembers these games, and might have considered pulling him earlier. He does have great games, but he also has these, and you need to recognize early.
The Lightning have the talent and skills, there's no doubt, but there's no reason why the Jets shouldn't be contending with them and other teams. I don't understand why they can't get it together and win some.
Good team, still playing for the playoffs
The Jets should really consider getting an Elite goalie.
