'Freedom of navigation' not an excuse for reckless moves

The term "freedom of navigation" is abused by some extra-regional countries when it comes to the South China Sea issue. Figures show that there's a rising military presence in the region, raising security concerns. As CGTN's Zhao Yunfei explains, "freedom of navigation" does not excuse reckless moves.
