Czech fugitive Radovan Krejcir's application to challenge what he says are unreasonable delays in his cases and violations of his human rights in prison is expected to be heard today. Last week, the hearing could not proceed in the Specialized Commercial Crimes Court, sitting in Palm Ridge, due to Krejcir telling the court that he has not eaten and taken his chronic medication.
Krejcir is serving a 35-year jail term at the Kgosi Mampuru Correction centre in Pretoria after his 2015 conviction on various charges - including attempted murder, assault and kidnapping.
Neria Hlakotsa is on the story, lets cross to her live.
