Suspended Ekurhuleni deputy police chief Julius Mkhwanazi is testifying at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry, being held at the Brigitte Mabandla Justice College in Pretoria.

Mkhwanazi has been implicated in allegations of corruption at the Ekurhuleni Metro police department.
