Parliament moves to fix Section 89 processes as court demanded - Abra Barbier reports

Members of Parliament are expected to consider the fifth report of the National Assembly Rules Committee. These new rules emanate from the May Constitutional Court judgment that Parliament fix its processes relating to Section 89 Inquiries or impeachment.

The bigger picture is that this flows from the Phala Phala matter, and impeachment processes against President Cyril Ramaphosa which are currently under way in Parliament.
