US Defence Secretary Hegseth criticises NATO allies

The United States and Iran have signed a landmark interim agreement aimed at ending months of conflict that has destabilised the Middle East, and rattled global energy markets.

The deal includes sanctions relief, the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and a multi-billion-dollar reconstruction fund for Iran.
