Concerns raised over rising mental health cases among teachers and police officers

Concern has been raised over the increasing levels of stress, depression and health complications affecting teachers and security officers across the country. Speaking during a health seminar held at Koriema Baringo County, Baringo Police Commandant Macharia Wanjau said many security officers continue to struggle with mental health challenges, work pressure and lifestyle-related illnesses, calling for measures to address this growing problem.
