Exposing scammers: How impersonators drain accounts | Marketplace

Two victims. Two countries. The same scam. But only one gets all their money back. We investigate a global scam industry built on fear and deception. We travel to the UK where the fight against fraud is a priority and expose the stark contrast between how victims are treated in the UK and Canada. With the help of Jim Browning, we confront a bank scammer who justifies stealing from his victims.
