No. Russia has said an end to the war is the only solution. Zelensky is apparently willing concede what Russia wanted previously. The operating word is "previously", Russia will now want the Donbas, what it has captured, and then a 20km buffer zone.
Talk of a ceasefire is just talking about it. When tried, violating it is expected.
There can never be a ceasefire until the entire Ukraine surrendered to Russia , also the reunification of Soviet Union looks real
