Russia continues its war against Ukraine, and Putin rejected a proposed ceasefire on long-range strikes earlier this month. Now he says he is willing to resume peace talks, but that is not the same as agreeing to stop the fighting.<br><br>I haven’t heard Putin offer an unconditional end to his invasion. Instead, we hear about negotiations, security demands and economic deals. If Putin genuinely wants peace, why not prove it by stopping the attacks? Diplomacy deserves credit when it delivers results, not when it simply produces headlines.
