Saudi airport hit again as conflict escalates

How can one demonstrate that the political pressure exerted by the Chinese government on the general public is toxic and harmful? We need only look at the number of people in China suffering from depression. If there were merely one or two victims, we might have misunderstood the government; yet, there are hundreds of millions of victims. This makes it virtually certain that the political pressure imposed by the Chinese government is indeed toxic and harmful to the populace. The long-term subjugation and belittling of the people primarily foster a sense of psychological inferiority, weaken independent thinking, breed apathy toward civic engagement, and lead to the rationalization of social injustice. Regarding the psychological and personal dimensions: self-diminishment and low self-esteem arise when individuals are constantly indoctrinated with notions such as their own inferiority and the inherent superiority of the powerful; this easily instills a habitual sense of inferiority, causing people to cede respect, dignity, and a voice in public affairs to a small number of officials.
