Russia hasn't got the amount of diesel to spare, that Trump claims. Lately Russia has been importing diesel.<br>And the Russian diesel was already part of the world market, it would just be sold to USA in stead of another country. So it won't affect the global market prices at all.<br>The only way to lower prices on fuel, is to open the Strait of Hormuz, so the trapped oil from the Gulf countries can get on the market.<br>Trump caused all this mess and now he's just making it even worse. One should think that he'd know the most basic ways the global market works.
