The Russian oil was already part of the global market. It won't reduce prices at all, that it would get sold to USA in stead of another country. It's one of the most basic rules in market economy. <br>This is just another attempt to enrich themselves, by manipulating the markets. And propably also a deliberate effort to split up the free world. "Divide and conquer".
