Housing is a right, not a business
Well then the govt can just do the harder better thing and raise the institutional capacity and capital to build more housing. Affordable housing is a constant fight not just one vote.
Maybe just maybe dont allow so many immigrants to get there. If people dont have money to rent then maybe just maybe move somewhere else. Spain is a mess.
