The evil SABC use the image of xenophobs and vigilantes Iike Jacinta or Ngizwe to create an impression and insinuate that fellow Africans/foreigners and not South African themselves are responsible for their "GBV" and responsible for periodical tarvens mass shootings , family mass shootings in places like Kwa Makuta, Khayelitsha or the Cape flats as whole particularly on weekends.
