Defense counsel has gone way out of line to accuse a juror of obstruction of justice just for agreeing with the prosecution. The implications are chilling. A jury is not a democracy. <br>When 11 or 12 would acquit, the mistrial is still the only recourse, but a prosecutor who'd be running the same case as before and doesn't respect the 11 jurors' opinions is not exercising their prosecutorial discretion professionally. The came case? Same evidence? the jury make up becomes a dice roll, not justice. Waste of time. <br>Everyone is wasting time.
