I think that some individuals genuinely believe that they were born in the wrong body, but only a few of those that claim it.
A genuine trans woman will not say that they 'Are a Woman', they will say that they 'Identify as a Woman', or that they
'Identify as Trans'. Additionally, they will demonstrate respect for the rights and feelings of biological women.
Blaire White is one such trans woman, that has got my respect (Check out her YouTube Channel)

After all is said and done, we’re all human.
We can argue, disagree and occasionally wonder what on earth the other person is thinking.
But whatever our race, religion or background, we’ve all got to share this planet.
We all want to get through the day, look after the people we love and have a bit of peace.
So perhaps we can remember what we have in common.
Having said that…... A man still can't be a woman.

In developmental psychology, a child’s sense of "self" is built by reflecting what they see in the eyes of the adults and peers around them. If a child is taught that they belong to a group that is uniquely "the problem," it creates a cognitive dissonance. This can lead to a state of chronic anxiety where the child is constantly "monitoring" their own behaviour to avoid confirming a negative stereotype, such as "the misogynist." The possibility of identifying out of the pariah group by adopting one of the victim personae would be a remedy for the pain and isolation. Given that race is immutable, it would be a powerful incentive to assimilate with LGBTQ. The educational program in the UK, VAWG (Violence Against Women and Girls) claiming to be designed to combat misogyny is in reality ideological coercion aimed at white heterosexual male children who refuse to identify as LGBTQ or allies of LGBTQ. In many instances compliance to this demand would directly violate their Christian faith and so is indirectly an attack on Christianity. This will not be applicable to non-whites for reasons of "cultural sensitivities".
If this sounds far fetched, consider the behaviour of the police in the Henry Nowak stabbing, who have been similarly conditioned to the teachers. Their behaviour was actually bizarre because it flew in the face of intuition. The guy was clearly immobilised. Why did they handcuff him? And then, on discovering that he had been stabbed to death by the guy they are talking too, did not handcuff the murderer. It defies belief, but the thing is it accurately reflects their indoctrination. Do our teachers receive the same indoctrination? Think of the damage they could do, dispossessed of intuitive common sense, and spiritually lost in moral relativism. The harm they could do in the name of politically correct "good" if their advocacy had resulted in a single individual submitting themselves to irreversible surgery it is a tragedy.

As much as I don’t agree with PT he did make some very good arguments. If only more conversations regarding this contentious topic were like this.

Women are born female and become women through female development. The social role woman imposed on that sex chasity, motherhood, subordination, but t is assigned because of sex, not identity. Gay males were persecuted, yet females as a sex class were the ones subjected to virginity and chastity rules. Trans women can adopt a social role, but they are male and do not become adult human females. “One becomes a woman” describes socialization built on sex, not a free-floating identity that overrides it. So the role is made; the sex is born. Detach woman from sex and you erase the very class that was oppressed.

Trans men who pass can continue to use male restrooms because men don’t feel threaten by trans men. Women are the vulnerable sex category. Therefore trans women should use third gender or single space restrooms.

Key Differences: Transvestism vs. TransgenderTransvestism / Cross-dressing: Refers strictly to a behavior or preference for wearing clothing of another gender. Individuals who cross-dress typically maintain an inner sense of comfort with their biological sex and do not experience a deep-seated identity as the opposite gender.
Transgender: Refers to an internal, fundamental identity where an individual genuinely identifies as a gender different from the one assigned to them at birth.
Transgender people may or may not change their outward appearance or undergo medical transitions.Distinction: Confusing the two is a common misconception.
Most people who engage in cross-dressing do not believe they are women, do not experience gender dysphoria, and are comfortable living and identifying as men

Peter Tatchell said it quiet clearly : BEING IN THE BUSINESS of (.......). For him is a business, a way of financial surviving..... He preferes to promote stupidity and drugs + suggeries + fashion + crap in order to make his money instead of cleaning toilets !!!! For him that's his choice. Mmmm.

I wish trans people/trans activists would respect everyone else. That’s not the case though. Now they’re trying to dictate what other people need to do or how to behave.

The idiocy of the 'assigned at birth' argument. When they sonogram a pregnant woman they can tell the SEX and GENDER of the unborn child. Then people often will have a GENDER REVEAL party to share what SEX and GENDER their unborn baby is. So where does this concept of assigned at birth and sex and gender are two separate things have a leg to stand on? Stupid ass people - Sex and Gender are the same thing - it has been hijacked by T activists only in the last few years. Dont let them do that anymore and insist on the TRUTH.

I find it odd that the "Left" sees itself as a collective of people working for the same goal.
Those goals may be misguided, but they are collectivist at their core.
In a modern sense, the Left has disdain for individual rights that don't conform with the collective.
Tatchell defended his position by showcasing Trans folks individuality because Trans ideology aligns with what the Left considers good for the collective. Trans folks will naturally gravitate to the collective because there is a sense of security.
That's an evil but brilliant plan.
Didn't Stalin purge the gays after getting power????

Peter says making trans women go to bathrooms with men is dangerous for them as some men are dangerous.

Just seconds earlier he said
“Very few trans women are dangerous to women. Only the ones that are shouldn’t be allowed in women’s spaces.”
Meaning he concedes some are.
Those two statements show that he just thinks we should be concerned with trans lives and not women’s.
He’s on both sides of this issue based solely on which side he’s on and not based on reason.

Whatever they call themselves, what toilet they use is not our problem. As unarguably the sex/gender most vulnerable and victimized, why are we being asked to shelter members of the sex most likely to attack us? Not our problem.
