Kids with ankle monitors in Baltimore go out steal cars and even murdered a cop a few years ago while breaking into houses. All while wearing ankle monitors. She's lying about that ankle monitor keeping him in that house. His mom isn't exactly reliable either. She lost custody of her kids for awhile because on her custody tome she went egg to Europe for a few months and missed visitstion and counseling, and she didn't make arrangements for the kids while she was gone.
The parents should not have custody of any children! They are the ones who failed in every way possible because they are self-absorbed narcissists who only care about themselves. They had every opportunity to get the son help but acted like it was no big deal. They need to be held accountable in this.

I came to the cimnents first and was sure that the judge would be a man, but the judges decocion to release him on bond is even worse, because it is made by a woman. Women especially should be able to understand the fear and the threath on the safety of the victim. It shouldn't surprise me anymore, how many women are willing to defend the perpetrator, but it still does.
