These attacks have little impact on the global fuel prices. It peaked in 2022, when Putin started the war, but then they stablized. It didn&#39;t start to rise again before Trump started the war against Iran. So it&#39;s pretty clear which two leaders had the biggest impact on the oil and fuel prices.
