"Agent" is marketing, if they are writing regulations based on marketing, they need to stop. What these companies are making is products, not "agents".<br><br>They don't have any reliable products that they can sell and profit on. Specifically Anthropic and OpenAI. That's the real story. Trillions of dollars, yet no products. If congress is going to regulate something, they need to look into that first and stop thinking about "agents".
