It’s clearly not as populated with tourists like before, the crowds of people are 90% people that live there full time working/locals. When I went the metros were the same full of foreign workers that are still going to their jobs, but there were a loooot of tourists, now it’s clearly not the case😬

Dubai Just looks like a giant shopping mall. I prefer old historic cities, like Florence for instance.

Actually Government Dubai taxis are more expensive than private app based cabs. Uber is super cheap and efficient. Good Lexus cars for the basic fare. No need for the high end options.
Looking at the current situation in Dubai you have to be careful what you say out there. The government is trying all he can to bring back the people to Dubai, so anything you say shouldn't deter people from coming to Dubai, else it will be seen as a counter attack to the government and that can lead to an arrest. be careful out there good luck.
People in comments are very dishonest... I've been going to Dubai since 2005. It's empty because Muslims especially no longer have faith in dubai leaders for supporting US and Israel in killing other Muslims. I won't ever go back either. If you're touring in summer like these days then it's normal in DUBAI, because in around 50 degree or more no one will come out. Secondly, most of the people are also on summer vacation due to the school's holidays. So, don't try to make people fool bro, I'm living here since last 14 years with my family (Alhamdolillah) and it's very normal for us. So many people had tried to show DUBAI in bad way but it's not true, DUBAI will shine forever Insha'ALLAH. So that, DUBAI is like our mother and we always love our mother so much in any condition.

Always the summers were empty in GCC countries, with exception of summers after Corona in Dubai which were busier than usual summers.. now it is back to normal.. I knew people coming in summers only to Dubai because of excellent offers from hotels😂😂😂 . Now it is the time to visit for people who cannot come in winter or busier years in one condition, they should love outdoor natural sauna😂😂😂😂
