As admitted. This route is used to carry military supplies into Ukraine making it a valid military target. Russia has shut down to ability of the West to ship arms by sea. Shutting down the ability to ship by rail is the next step. In war all sides attempt to cut the enemy's supply lines.
Maybe increase the routes other than using the same one for every diplomat/visitor from West Europe.
