Former minister of Defence and former speaker of the National Assembly Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula denies she agreed to the use of code words when speaking to military contractor and key state witness Nombasa Ntsondwa-Ndhlovu.
Yesterday, the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria denied the former minister's application to have the charges against her dismissed, leading to her taking the witness stand, for the first time since the trial began.
Mapisa-Nqakula will continue on the witness stand today.
