The South African Police Union (SAPU) is raising serious concerns about the future leadership and stability of the police service.
SAPU is calling on President Ramaphosa to intervene over what it describes as an attempt by the Acting Police Minister to push through a far-reaching SAPS "Reset Agenda", despite what the union says was inadequate consultation with organised labour.
SAPU is also calling for clarity around the position of National Commissioner General Fannie Masemola and is urging the President to restore stability within SAPS.
Joining us is Lesiba Thobakgale, spokesperson for the South African Police Union.
