Judgment in bail hearing for Peter ' Gagash' Nonyane and lawyer wife expected tomorrow

The bail hearing of TMPD officer, Peter 'Gagash' Nonyanem and his Lawyer wife, Charlotte Tibana, has been adjourned to Friday for judgment at the Polokwane Magistrate's Court in Limpopo.

The defence counsel argued the state failed to follow proper legal procedures when obtaining some of the evidence.

Both sides have concluded their closing arguments.

Nonyane and Tibana face a total of 43 charges.

They allegedly defrauded six estate accounts of more than R6-million.
