SA, Russia strengthen bilateral ties

South Africa and Russia are moving to strengthen parliamentary ties, with a high-level parliamentary delegation in Moscow holding talks aimed at deepening cooperation between the two countries.

The visit also saw delegates lay wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, honouring those who died defending Russia during World War II.
