Khan's condition prevents him from attending court

Suspended Crime Intelligence Deputy Head, Major-General Feroz Khan's legal representative has declined to discuss his clients current medical condition.

Attorney Kylen Ghirao indicated that Khan was unable to appear before the Kempton Park Magistrates Court on Tuesday, due to his medical condition.

He was meant to appear with Gauteng Hawks boss Ebrahim Kadwa and a civilian Tariq Downes on charges relating to an alleged illicit precious metals syndicate.
