The NPA in the Western Cape says it is unclear at this stage whether the family of late rapper, Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes will be appointing a legal team to represent them during the inquest into the death of Anele Tembe.
Tembe was engaged to Forbes at the time of her death.
She fell from the 10th floor of a Cape Town hotel in April 2021.
The inquest was due to start this morning, but has been postponed to the 7th of September in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court.
The inquiry aims to determine whether anyone can be held criminally responsible for the death.
