Manamela Allegations | Gardee family opens case against police officers

The Gardee family has opened a case of defeating the ends of justice and corruption against Major General Botsotso Moukangwe, Sergeant Jacob Mothibe Chego and Major General Dorah Xaba at the Nelspruit Police Station in Mpumalanga. This follows suspended Mpumalanga Police Commissioner, Daphney Manamela's claims of interference in political cases, illegal mining and kidnappings. At the weekend, Manamela accused the trio and other senior police officials of interfering in the investigation of Hillary Gardee's murder case. The Gardee family has also written to the Madlanga Commission, requesting that it investigates.
