Bill to modernise small business registration: Jane Sithole

The Department of Small Business Development published the Revised Draft Business Licensing Bill. It aims to repeal and replace the outdated Businesses Act of 1991 to create a single, digitized, and standardized national licensing framework for all businesses in South Africa.
