Harris lost in 2024 because her campaign played it too safe and refused to offer voters a real change from the status quo. If she runs in 2028, she has to stop worrying about political safety. If she truly cares about the direction of our country, she should stand up for a progressive economic and moral vision: Medicare for All, a definitive two-state solution, and making foreign aid conditional on stopping the violence in Palestine. Setting that standard is how you build a movement that eventually wins a majority.
