It makes sense why the mental health evaluations from after the fact shouldn’t be considered. I imagine murdering your own children will cause a significant change in your mind from when the actual crime occurred beforehand.

It seems very strange to me that the prosecution has to prove she WASN'T psychotic instead of the defense having to prove she was. <br>Psychotic until proven sane?<br>Is this the new innocent until proven guilty?
