THEY HAD 5 YEARS TO SUBMIT THE NAMES 5 DAYS OR 5 HOURS PRIOR WHY WAIT TILL LAST MIN
Whilst l will appreciate that it was a big task for the ANC, given the number, this should have compelled them to ensure that everything was done at least a day or even 2 before the closing time specifically to ensure enough time remained to sort out these types of issues.
There is no professionalism in the ANC hence our govt is a pit latrine. You can't submit on the eleventh hour and blame glitches.
