01 Acceptance of terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using Vidnexa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the platform. If you are using Vidnexa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

02 User accounts

To access most features of Vidnexa, you need to create an account. When you do, you agree to the following:

• Accurate information — you'll provide truthful, current, and complete details during registration and keep them up to date.
• Account security — you are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Prompt notification — if you notice any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at security@vidnexa.com.
• Age requirement — you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
• One person, one account — you may not share your account credentials or create accounts for the purpose of evading a suspension.

03 Prohibited activities

Vidnexa is a place for people to share and discover. To keep it that way, the following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Unlawful content — posting anything that violates applicable laws, including material that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors.
• Hate and harassment — content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups, or that harasses, stalks, or threatens others.
• Copyright infringement — uploading content you do not own or have the rights to distribute.
• Spam and deception — mass posting, fake engagement, misleading metadata, or impersonating another person or organization.
• Malicious code — distributing viruses, malware, or attempting to disrupt or bypass platform security measures.
• Scraping and abuse — automated access to the platform that violates our technical limits or harms the experience of other users.

04 Content ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you upload to Vidnexa — including videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and comments. We don't claim ownership of your work.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and distribute the content.
• Your content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

05 License you grant us

To operate and promote Vidnexa, we need a limited license to display the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Vidnexa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and prepare derivative works of that content — solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Vidnexa service.

This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except:

• For content that has been shared with others (e.g., someone else copied a comment or downloaded a video) and they have not deleted it.
• For a reasonable period of time required to remove the content from backups and caches.

06 Termination

You may close your Vidnexa account at any time through your account settings. When you do, your videos, comments, and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• Engage in behavior that harms the community, other users, or the platform.
• Attempt to circumvent a previous termination.

Where possible, we will notify you before termination and give you an opportunity to respond. We may act immediately in cases involving serious harm or legal risk.

07 Copyright & DMCA

Vidnexa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe content on Vidnexa infringes your copyright, please send a notice to dmca@vidnexa.com including:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or identifier of the allegedly infringing content on Vidnexa.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices and remove infringing content promptly. Users who repeatedly upload infringing material may have their accounts terminated.

08 Disclaimers

Vidnexa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• The content you find on Vidnexa will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• Any defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload and for any consequences that arise from it.

09 Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
• Notify you by email or via an in-app notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Vidnexa after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you don't agree, you may close your account.
